Amazing service from Emma and her crew. I was after a specific paddle, and Emma was able to add it to her current order with the supplier. It showed up really fast, and she even arranged the shipping so it got to me right after my vacation, but not too soon that I missed it! Definitely would recommend.

She really took the time to assist me in picking out the right paddle board and even followed up with an email suggesting other choices. Emma was super friendly and very helpful.

The service was lightning quick! I even got a call from the owner to see if I wanted to swing by and grab my order or have it delivered for free, since I’m not too far from the store. She was super cheerful, friendly, and really pumped about my upcoming paddle boarding adventure!

I was searching for a local shop that sells kayaks and their accessories when I stumbled upon this place. It was tough to locate, with a steep, pothole-ridden driveway. As I pulled in, a rather flustered woman rushed over to my van, almost accusingly asking, "Can I help you?" in a passive-aggressive manner. I mentioned I was looking for Paddle Fast, the kayak store, and she replied, "We don’t sell kayaks here; I’m on the school run, and it’s by appointment only." The whole vibe was like, "Why are you here?" and "Get out of my driveway." It felt very unfriendly, dismissive, and downright rude. Best to steer clear of this place.

I recently purchased a pair of paddle boards from Paddlefast. The order took a bit longer than expected, but it wasn’t Paddlefast’s fault. Emma kept in touch via email, updating me on the status of my order the whole time. I can’t say enough good things about them; I’m thrilled with our boards and the overall service.
